Develop a robust strategy for executing the sales plan across cities.
Demonstrate sophisticated skills in sales management process with team members and support them to assess needs, recommend solutions and close sales with prospects. These conversations leverage multiple internal lead sources to optimize revenue growth.
Distribute client lists to the team members for activation, retention and demonstrate exceptional client management skills
Plan for annual / recurring business from clients and increase wallet share to upsell and cross sell Organization offerings.
Manage the sales pipeline by assigning client lists to team members and developing city wise sales plans.
Enhancing productivity of the team members by enabling them and building their accountability to the sales goals.
Ensuring the pipeline is robust and will meet the targets including accurate and timely reporting of the pipeline and prospects in the pipeline.
Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements to meet conversion norms, manage order book and the targets
Continuous performance reviews with teams, monitoring and evaluating calls, identifying gaps to devise group / individual coaching
Hiring new team members, onboarding and induction, train members on products, CRM, sales process training
Network within the industry, community, business, and customers to stay current on issues impacting customers
