Job Description

1. Responsible for the new business development and performance of all sales activities related to products in assigned market. Establish plans and strategies to expand base in the sales area for attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. To achieve the pre set targets of top line and bottom line of the organization.
3. Planning and implementing trade inputs as per the business requirements.
4. Planning year long sales budget, which include resource planning, scheme and other inputs and other expenses.
5. To increase the productivity of every sales person in terms of calls average and sales productivity.
6. Devising strategy to counter competition and get approval for operating in the trade.
7. Identifying and exploring new markets and tapping profitable business opportunities.
8. Identifying the retail space in the market to promote the complete range of products.
9. Enabling business growth by developing and managing a network of retailers/ dealers/ distributors/ franchisee to enhance market penetration and business.
10. Developing alternate channel of distribution to enhance the depth of distribution.
11. Managing and mentoring sales teams to enable achievement of pre- set targets.

Salary: INR 11,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A. Best in the Industries
