To advise plant heads on all matters pertaining to manpower planning, budgeting, sourcing, training and development and employee management for all contract employees and aid the overall achievement of the plant goals and targets .
12-18 years of experience handling IR in a manufacturing facility
Prior experience of handling the same function in another plant
Handled multiple regions and large size teams in previous role
To ensure the workforce is punctual, engaged and performance, efficiency and cost-focussed.
Mentor key plant personnel to build a performance based culturethrough communication, sound leadership, consistent language and policy, and always ensuring people feel like a valued member of the community.
Rallying people to facilitate the implementation of process improvements and quality initiatives.
