Must have 15 to 20 Yrs of experience in Sales & Business Development profile.

Leading Sales Team and monitoring performance of different sales personnel and comparing to the months objectives
Calculating sales forecasts for newly launched products; defining the Gross Revenue and Volume targets for new sales projects
Building a strong distribution network for achieving greater market reach and penetration
Spearheading sales associates & distributors to manage their business by ensuring individual record maintenance and proactive outlet service

Salary: INR 18,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. Best in the Industries
