Job Description

Promoting the sales of product via. channel network.
Handling the distributors and long chain of dealer network.
Enabling effective merchandising and displays for product promotion.
Planning for replacement and orders.
Proper management of payments from dealers.
Maintaining and checking stock level at dealers & distributors.
Market share augmentation via. Institutional sales to the clients like Volume
development of distributors.
Setting objectives & keeping the team motivated to achieve the same.
Enhance the performance of the team members on the basis of individual,
team & distributors team to achieve monthly targets by providing the
necessary support.
Instrumental in Data Mining, Collection, Collation for analysis to increase
the productivity of the Organization as well as improve team performance
on an ongoing basis.
Planning innovative sales models & promotional activities on regular basis
to increase the sales revenue.
Maintaining the existing Customers & establishing new mutually beneficial
customer relationships from Effective Customer Relationship point of view.
