Job Description

Responsible for customer acquisition, recharge billing/ availability while managing sales and distribution in the assigned territory.

Sales forecasting and planning in the assigned territory
Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.
Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the market place.
Spreading the business on A/B/C classification of customers to ensure high ARPU
Man Management of sales team to ensure highly motivated Team.
Provide timely and structured feedback from trade/ customers/ competition.
Manage Trade marketing budgets.
Identifying training needs for team members and DSRs / ISD.
Custodian of companys policy and procedure in the assigned territory.

Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 35,00,000 P.A. Best in the Industries
